The engines are the HHI 9H - 21/32 units designed to operate
900 RPM with an 8-pole 60Hz generator or 750RPM with an 8-pole 50Hz.
The 60Hz Voltage is 4160V so at the lower rotational speed (with turn down)
you could expect 3300V which is a well recognized 50Hz industrial voltage.
Also at the lower speed they would only produce about 1420kW's each,
so your 4 x unit HFO plant would be 5680 +/-kW.
